Why do I want you to experience Hartstene Pointe? I believe it is still the best kept secret in vacation and retirement property in the State of Washington. My hardest job is to get people to visit for the very first time. I have heard so many excuses, I can’t remember them all.
I have been marketing Hartstene Pointe since I became a Realtor in 1999 because I only sell what I believe in. I first discovered my love for the Pointe in1992. My wife, Connie and I stumbled upon it in our quest to find an escape from everyday life. We were looking for recreation property and had visited many a venue looking to invest our money in the right place. We looked at some very beautiful areas of our state, but always found something wrong that turned us away.
We decided to give Hartstene Pointe the kid test. This scientific test is to drive as long as the kids don’t ask “Are we there yet?” (Passed)
The next questions we wanted to hear from our kids was four fold;
- Do we have to leave now? (Passed)
- Can’t we stay a little longer? (Passed)
- Can we buy a place here, so I can bring a friend? (Passed)
- I don’t want to leave, do we have to leave? (Passed)
As the family drove home with 2 kids (9 and 11) sound to sleep in the back seat of the car, our minds were pretty much made up. Hartstene Pointe features some sort of fresh air that will put you to sleep after a day on the beach, fishing or looking for shells. I think, its magic, myself.
So, I guess the question is how do you get started? It all starts with a phone call or an e-mail to me. You have to make the time and I will make your visit worth the trip. Make sure you make an appointment; Hartstene Pointe is a gated community!
