Motivational Power Quote

What We Think

"You can set yourself up to be sick,

or you can choose to stay well."

Wayne Dyer, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What we think

What we think can nourish our minds with positive thoughts that become the foundation for a prosperous and fulfilling life.

Our thinking will determine the choices we make and those choices will determine the type of life we will lead.

Our choices will determine the path that we will follow.

The path that we follow will either lead us to the top of the mountain where we see our as one of unlimited opportunities or down the path that leads us into the darkness of someday isle.

I agree with this quote. It can work both ways - we need to put our mind to it!

Our mental state has a lot to do with how we feel and how well we perform. :)

Wayne Dyer is amazing and so are his messages. I agree with this but wrestle with my son's current situation. He recently was diagnosed with Lyme's disease after several years of misdiagnoses and numerous medications. He's about to see a specialst. Hopefully spirit as well as body will be healed.

Hi Lou, I love Wayne Dyer, there is a lot of truth in that quote!   I think our thoughts and attitude, (besides our choices) affect our physical beings a lot more than we realize.

I am rarely sick and I enjoy what I do immensely.  Coincidence?....
