Mayberry Subdivision is within casual walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and a host of service related businesses, such as hair salons, banks, pizza shops, liquor store, and convenience stores.  Three Rivers Community Hospital, and many doctors' offices are only two miles from Mayberry Subdivision.  Several county and city parks, some with boat ramps, are also within a few miles of Mayberry Subdivision.
