The reports out! Is the slide over?

Based on a government report published Wednesday, the number of new projects that homebuilders started rose to an annual pace of 1.77 million in September.  That is up 6% from the previous month. This is the first upswing in 7 months, which is obvious what we need to get over the hump.  Most lead economists had predicted that September would again be a slow month for new projects, but they were wrong!  It's about time we hear some great news about the Real Estate Industry!  I just hope this is a sign that the market has indeed already bottomed out.  In my local Real Estate market of North Atlanta, we have seen inventories grow a little, but we see that every year around this time.  February always seems to be the month where the rise starts.
