For the month ending February 2010 the Cumberland County Maine real estate markets saw 163 transactions transpire at a median sales price of 210K which represents a decrease of about 4% over the year prior when the median sold price was 219K. Volume was significantly higher clocking in at 14% greater than in February 2009. Overall the regional market has stabilized and current market conditions are as strong as they have been in well over 3 plus years!
