ANDERSONVILLE, TN HOME STAGED BY HOME STYLE AND STAGING LLC AND SOLD WITHIN 3 DAYS !!
This home had been on the market for a couple of weeks, the homeowner "googled" HOME STAGER KNOXVILLEand came up with me...thanks to Active Rain !!! On an early Saturday morning, when I would rather have been sleeping, I drive the 40 miles to Andersonville.
This is a beauiful home near the water, on very large lot, older, with lots of charm. They had already done some updating so it was matter of staging and de-cluttering. They were charming and I enjoyed my visit with them so much that after the consult I stayed another hour or so drinking coffee and just chatting...Come to find out the was an author. He signed a copy of one of his books for me...
During the "Walk-Thru" I usuallytake notes and then come back to the office and send them by e-mail back to the client. She decided to take the notes as they were going to get started that very afternoon...they were in this with both feet, for sure !! which is so good to hear. Some people will drag their feet and not make the changes that I have recommended.
She wrote down everything I said. That afternoon late when I got home, she called to say that they had been shopping and had picked up new towels, bed linens, etc. They had removed one of the couches and chairs in the living room, had de-cluttered the den, changed the dining room table out and had even "staged the patio" WOW !!! Needless to say he was tired and she was excited !!! She sent the photo to me of her "staging". I think that I should maybe hire her, this is good !!!
The the best news of all when I got a phone call several days later and they had a deal on the home...Great news !! And all because I got up and drove 40 miles to Andersonville one early Saturday morning when I would have rather been in bed !!!!
