This Is What's Happening in Charlotte

As most of you know, the coaches at the Real Estate Inner Circle coach people from all over North America. Because we have a broad range of clients, we get a perspective about what is going on in all kinds of markets.

This inevitably leads to people asking me about what the market is like in Miami, or in San Diego, or in Boston. And as you can guess, the people asking me about Miami are usually 3,000 miles away from Miami, and so on.

When I get a question like this I immediately think, "uh oh, this person is looking for an excuse." Now, its not the case 100% of the time, but when somebody asks me whats going on in another market, they are most likely looking to take comfort in the fact that the other market is "down" or looking for the magic bullet as to why the other market is "up."

But the real question is, does it even matter what's going on in other markets?

Most of the time, the answer is no.

If you are applying the principles and practices we know get results, you will be successful right where you are no matter whats going on around the country.

Also want to let you know about the AMAZING week I have been having! Every week I get a little better with my lead generation, still not hitting it every day but getting closer. I have had some success stories this week that are pushing me to that daily lead gen much more!

3 New Listings “initiated” waiting for signed papers to get faxed to me.

1 Listing Lead

1 Buyer Under Purchase contract

2 New Buyer leads

2 New Buyers – working 1 tomorrow & working 1 Saturday (1 Referral)

 

The most exciting thing for me is that the folks on Saturday are looking to spend up to $1,000,000!! Almost double my highest transaction!

 

Michael, I really owe this to the daily listening of the cd’s! My top reluctance “WAS” Social Class Avoidance (??) and I was able to speak with these folks like they were only in the $200k range! I was very comfortable speaking with them and meeting with some other folks in that range as well!

 

I realized something this week…….I CAN DO THIS!! 

 

It has been a great, busy, late night/early morning week!!
