Twin Lakes West in Gettysburg, PA is the second phase of the original Twin Lakes development. 
The two developments are attached at one corner, but do not share any roads. The development is a very nice collection of single family homes from colonials to ranchers.
Twin Lakes West is located about 2 miles from the center of Gettysburg, PA on 116 (Fairfield Rd) just west of town. The location, schools, and neighborhood feel are all highlights of Twin Lakes West. There are still a few opportunities to build a new home, but options are very limited.
Gettysburg Area School District
It is very convenient to the Gettysburg Battlefield and roughly 7 miles from Ski Liberty Mountain Resort. It's central location and nicely kept homes make Twin Lakes West a very appealing development in Gettysburg, PA.

When I was growing up as a kid in Gettysburg, PA I was always jealous of my friends that lived in Twin Lakes and Twin Lakes West. They always had the ability to safely walk to their friends houses without needing their parents for transportation.
The development streets were never busy so playing basketball or hockey in the streets was never a problem. It was also one of my favorite places to go "trick or treating" every year.
Twin Lakes West would be a great place to raise a family, or start a family. It's also a great development for anyone looking to get away to the historic battlefield that is just miles away. If you're considering a move to Gettysburg, PA this development and it's big brother, Twin Lakes, should be on your list.
