First Time Home Buyer Credit Expiring

I have received many questions concerning the expiration on the First Time Home Buyer Credit, where as a first time home buyer you can receive 10% of the purchase price up to 8,000 back from the IRS to purchase a home.  As of right now, the deadline to have a property under contract is April 30th, 2010 and that loan must close on or before June 30th, 2010.  if you have any other questions concerning the first time home buyer credit feel free to call or email and i will answer your questions.
