Yes, there are intangibles that go into the pricing of a respective home properly.  Many homeowners are not aware of these intangibles and do not want to hear about them especially if they will lower the price of their home-the home they have put so much in as far as upgrades and renovations!!

But it is our job to let the client know what the market will or will not support and get them at a place where they can price competitively and get their home sold ASAP.
