Adjust, Change and Thrive

"Change is difficult but often

essential to survival."

Les Brown, motivational speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Adjust, change and thrive

Find tune your systems, techniques and skills to get better at what you do.

Adjust to meet the circumstances that you find yourself in and determine the best course of action to turn your circumstances into an opportunity.

We move from existing to thriving the moment we take the steps to move outside of our comfort zone and change. Without change we live in the status quo world and we either remain the same or move into reverse.

Adjust what needs to be adjusted. Have the courage to change what has to be changed and follow the path that will move into the thriving zone.

The fact is that change is and has always been a constant in life and business, you have to learn to accept change and change yourself in order to survive either one.

Lou,

Good advice.  Very similar to the Marines ~ Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.  Change is inevitible.  The best thing we can do is learn to roll with the punches.

Have a great day
Leander

Good advise, but those that already know it are fine, it is those that refuse to accept it, that will continue to miss the opportunities that are here.

Lou, I sometimes have to remind myself that change can be a good thing so it's best to move on with it.
