Bing Maps takes hyperlocal content to the next level

If you haven't seen this video, I think you will be as amazed as I was. Bing and Bing Maps is taking the whole mapping concept to a new level.
Our clients and prospects consider real estate from a hyperlocal perspective and we should too. They think about real estate in terms of their home, their street, their neighborhood, their community and their town or city.
I'll admit I don't completely understand augmented reality, but the implications for our business are huge.

I'd love to heear the comments and ideas about the uses for our business. Bing isn't at the level of Google or Facebook but because they are owned by Microsoft they will be a force to be reckoned with.
By the way, got this from AgentGenius and if you're not getting their feed through Google Reader you're missing some very good, often irreverent content.
