OK guys I know you have seen been thru it before. Last week we had a house that didn't appraise for the contract price. I tried to get the buyer to give the seller some time to think about it. My buyer was persistent, he wanted a decision now and was going to cancel everything, unless he heard by such and such a time. Well he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Well guess what? The seller accepted the deal on Monday. I called the buyer and now he wanted the house.
Well we tried to close on Friday, tomorrow. Well guess what? By cancelling the process he had to get back in-line with the underwriters. Now we can't close until next Tuesday. Well now it is costing him some money. He rented a truck to move and took the day off without pay. Ha I tried to talk to you but NO.
Patience, what a nice thought. Try to make your people understand it takes time most of the time. Anyway, I am sure they will enjoy the house in Covington Louisiana.
