Masters Park on the Lone Tree Golf Course

Masters Park is a reflection of fine townhome living!

Overlooking the Lone Tree Golf Club is the quiet townhome complex known as Masters Park.  This lovely complex consists of mostly two-story townhomes, some with walk-out basements.

Masters Park Real Estate Stats

Townhomes in Masters Park range in size from 1,102 square feet to 1,829 square feet (above ground).  The homes with finished basements range just under 2,000 square feet to 2,800 square feet.  Some of the basement finished space might be bright daylight living space as at least 1/2 of the units in Masters Park are on the hillside.

Currently there are 2 units for sale, 1) $265,000 2) $339,000.  A third is under-contract pending a closing, it was listed for $300,000.

In the previous 12 months, 6 units have sold. These units range in sold price from $310,000 to $365,000.  Units backing to the golf course sell for approximately $30,000 to $50,000 more than the units on common area.  Last year only one unit was bank-owned and none were short sales.

These statistics indicate strength in the complex.

Masters Park enjoys an extremely convenient location!

The surrounding area is very nice.  The Douglas County Library is 1 block away. The Cook Creek swimming complex is also very close.

Shopping at the popular Park Meadows Mall is less than a mile away.  Grocery shopping choices are abundant as within 5 minutes in every direction one can choose from Safeway, King Soopers, Sam's Club, Costco and Whole Foods.

Transportation access to the RTD Lightrail is also within 5 minutes from Masters Park.  RTD offers abundant parking in the garage at Lincoln Station.

All things considered, Masters Park is a very fine place to live.
