Just wanted to let you know that Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Tx. is looking great compared to last summer. The drought of last year which brought the lake levels way down is now again at perfection for boating, fishing, water skiing, etc.
This 22,000 acre man made lake is again, truly Houston's playground! It seems now home owners are the permanent type, deciding to make Lake Conroe in Montgomery County home. So many new construction homes in almost all the waterfront subdivisons are booming again. Of course, the waterfront lots are at a premium, with not too much left. The homes have increased in value-especially waterfont homes-but compared to places like California, Colorado, and east coast, are still bargains.
Come and see this lake area and take advantage of all it has to offer now!
