On the last day of March 2010, I looked back and have noticed that it hasn't rained at all here in Traverse City this month. I haven't had a moment to notice this because we have been so busy with buyer leads that I have no time to watch my trusty friend The Weather Channel. In talking with other agents in other markets, I have heard that most other markets are not expereincing these same results. We have several amenities here in TC that other markets don't have and I have to believe that's what is bringing people to our market. We have beautiful bays and waterfront properties, miles of recreational trails of all sorts and the homes on acreage and with pole buildings to store the toys in, and beautiful historic Victorians in a downtown that hosts the National Cherry Festival, The Traverse City Film Festival, among other festivals.
