Now that Southern Utah University is back in session, Spring Break is now a fading memory. (That is if it is remembered at all) The Iron County Schools, elementary and secondary, are now in Spring Break mode. Since we don't have children in school, we didn't keep up on the school calendar. That doesn't mean that some of our coworkers haven't taken advantage of the time off.
These are just two of the empty desks in our nearly empty office.
The point to this is that if you're taking advantage of Spring Break in the Cedar City area, this would be a great time to look at property, there won't be a lot of competition looking! (At least competition with an agent representation.) Plus, we would love to take advantage of this time to help you!
