The Reserve is a small luxury golfing community of 42 single family homes located in HUDSON, Florida 34667. The community is located off of Hudson Avenue and is just a short distance to HCA Regional Medical Center, Hudson Beach, Hudson Library, and is just 40 minutes from Tampa International Air Port, via the Suncoast Parkway 589 Toll Road.
The Reserve was established in the mid to late 1990's and the community belongs to the master association of The Estates of Beacon Woods Golf and Country Club. Home owners in The Reserve enjoy the use of The Estates Country Club, Pool, Tennis, Shuffle Board, Basket Ball, Gym, and Bocce Ball court.
Many of the homes in The Reserve are located on the 2, 3, and 4th holes of The Links 18 hole Golf Course. The course is very well maintained and is a lot of fun to play. Rates are very reasonable all year round and won't break the bank.
Homes in the Reserve are very modern for 1990's standards and feature Open Floor Plans, 10 Foot Ceilings, and Plant Shelves. This is one of the few communities in the area that has an abundance of homes with 3 car garages, which is a real commodity.

Children in the community attend Hudson Elementary, Hudson Middle, and Hudson High. The Hudson Library is just a short walk or bike ride from the community.
