Not everyone wants to spend $200,000 and up for a site built home nor do all buyers want to live on a golf course thus I am focusing on Wyndfall in Sunset Beach, NC. Properties are very affordable considering how close to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Homeowners in this small but lovely community pay less than $400 per year homeowners' fees primarily because common amenities that drive up costs are not there. There are no gates to maintain nor security guards to pay. The community has been built out and there are usually only a handful of properties for sale. There are no condos nor any townhouses, just site built homes. Prices range from low !00,000s to less than $200,000. For many residents, these are second vacation homes so yards are smaller than some communities; therefore, there is less maintenance to pay for when owners are not there. It is a tight, close knit community where residents look out for one another. For those people who are investors, rents are generally between $750 per month to $1000. It is centrally located to post office, banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and medical facilities. Like to fish...you are just minutes away from the intracoastal waterway. You can back your boat into the water at Ocean Isle Beach Bridge or the new marina (not free). Of course, Sandpiper Bay Golf Community, Thistle Golf Course, Panther Golf Course, The Pearl and Ocean Ridge Golf Course are just minutes away. This is a value added location in Sunset Beach!
