Hi Rusty, great link! (Although your title says "Band" and should be "Bang" FYI). We found that article a little while ago, too, and thought it was great.
We're actually considering Little Rock heavily for our upcoming move to be closer to Keith's mom. Jackson, MS is a bit closer, but Little Rock seems to be much more "us". I'm so glad to have found your blog as you do a great job keeping tabs on the market which will be so helpful when we ultimately decide where to go.
