Classic GMAC Real Estate in Franklin, NC is proud to announce that June Tassillo has now complete the course material in Short Sales & Foreclosures and now holds this certification designation.
I wanted to help as many distressed homeowners as possible. This is the reason I wanted to learn all about HAFA & HAMP so I could specifically to give clients in distress the answers they may need.

Now that I have taken the course does NOT mean I am a expert. It means I know more than most that have not taken the course and feel like I can help homeowners with some knowledge of today's distressed properties. I still have a ton to learn just like everyone else in this business. Nobody that I know got their license to sell Short Sales or Foreclosures, but we are being forced into learning how whether we like it or not.
I think my ability to close Short Sales and Foreclosures depends in part on your confidence in seeing these transactions through and so I began by taking the SFR required course and webinars. As I gain knowledge my confidence will grow.
I can still hear my teacher when I first received my license say "DON'T PRACTICE LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE"!!!
Bottom line is, I can not tell them what to do but I can show them OPTIONS they may have not known about.
