Napa Real Estate Bel Aire
Welcome to the Bel Aire area of Napa Real Estate. Here you will find wide tree lined streets that ramble through to Jefferson, and Trancas Streets. This neighborhood is ideally located near the Bel Aire Shopping Center which houses Whole Foods, Trader Joe's Target, Cooperfield Books, Cost Plus, Caffino, OSH and PetFood Express. For many Napans, this is a great place to come for morning coffee and to sit outside reading the paper. It is also very close to the local hospital, Queen of the Valley.
Many of the house you would find in Bel Aire are 3 to 4 bedroom, usually with two baths, a family room and nice sized lots. This area tends to be well maintained and shows mostly a pride of ownership. Bel Aire is a well established area of Napa. There are two schools within this area. Bel Aire Park Elementary is located at 3582 Beckworth St., Napa, CA 94558 (707) 253-3775 and St. Apollinaris Catholic (K-8) is located at 3700 Lassen St., Napa, CA 94558 (707) 224-6525.

The average sales price for a Bel_aire home since the beginning of the year has been $332,583. The average square foot of homes in Bel Aire is 1450. The average sales price per square foot is $240.
