Summerfield, Tigard. Summerfield is a planned, 55+ retirement community in Tigard, Oregon, that is built around a beautiful, par 33, 2475 total yards, nine-hole golf course. Built on 203 acres starting in 1973, it is a mixture of single family homes, townhomes, condos and apartments. Summerfield has 40 acres dedicated to recreation which consists of a 24,000 square foot Clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool, green spaces and walking paths.
