and the buyers are out in droves....
My business partner and I are so busy, there are days where we both feel like burying our heads in the snow. Nah, we aren't THAT bad, LOL. Anyway, hopefully the snow is GONE for a long time!
Now that Spring is officially here and the grass is turning green, the flowers are sprouting and the trees are budding. There is no shortage of buyers out there!
Hopefully, the government can keep up the different programs available to help people afford their homes and help to keep the momentum building.
We all realize that the housing industry was badly damaged when so many people were given loans that shouldn't have received them, but with the high rents being commanded many people can actually SAVE money by purchasing a home rather than renting.
With FHA cutting back on its seller paid closing allowance, that will make it even harder for people to get into the home buying arena.
I wish there was a simple answer to solve it all, but there isn't. So, bottom line, if you want to buy a home-find ways to save some money and have more money in your hands for closing costs and down payments.
