Great post to Localism! I like Spring Vistas--it is a pretty neighborhood with lots of oak trees. I have sold a few homes there over the years, since they are well priced and attractive.

Bob Lewis was my beloved band director at Marshall High School, by the way. He really deserved the honor of having a school named after him.
