Colonial Valley - Grants Pass, Oregon
Lying just five minutes north of downtown Grants Pass is the beautiful Colonial Valley.
Here, you will find a wide assortment of homes on lots ranging from an acre to ten and twenty acres and some even larger.
The Colonial Valley is surrounded by beautiful mountains, and forests of oak, manzanita, madrone and a host of evergreens.
Drive down one road and you'll find a beautiful Tudor home, and on the next property sits an elegant colonial surrounded by pastures enclosed with miles of white fences.

Drive carefully, because you just may have to stop while a procession of Colonial Valley deer decide to cross the road anytime they want, and they don't mind you waiting.
Bring your camera, because it is not at all unusual to see a half dozen or more deer sleeping on someone's beautifully manicured front lawn.
The deer are so common that even the local dogs accept their presence, and respect their right to share the relaxed atmosphere of Colonial Valley.
The wild turkeys are also abundant, and you may see a deer standing on its' hind legs to steal an apple from your neighbor's tree while a family of turkeys lunch on the surrounding vegetation.
The Colonial Valley has a large network of wide paved roads, and offshoots of well maintained gravel roadways climb to home-sites on the ridges.
Colonial Valley has a small golf course if you'd just like to play a quick nine holes, although when you move to the Colonial Valley you soon learn that "quick" is seldom done, as time slows down once you're here. People who live in this land of abundant beauty leave their stress outside.
The Colonial Valley invites you to visit. Call me so I can welcome you home.
