Townhome living can be very gracious, particularly when you have as nice a home as offered in Club Terrace. Built on a Terrace adjacent to the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel these units have a lovely view.
The Club Terrace at Lone Tree complex is well kept. The monthly HOA dues are paid on a scale depending upon the size of the unit. They range in price from $240-$275. Some units are only one level, while others are 3 levels including a walk-out basement.
At the present time, there are two units on the market,
9304 Miles Dr. $189,900 2/2/2 1,266 sq. ft

In the past 12 month 4 units have sold and closed:

The view from Club Terrace is nice any time of year. The golf course has a nice deep blue pond which always adds interest to the view and the golf's shoots!

If you enjoy using Google Street View, you can "drive" through the neighborhood at Club Terrace and get a feel for the surroundings. The Google camera guys took their photos in the summer when everything is nice and green. My photos were taken in March, when the grass and trees are just beginning to green. At least this way you can see two different seasons of color!
