We have been trained and educated in the areas of Short Sale and Foreclosures and have obtained the National Association of Realtors' only recognized Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). To add to that, we have taken Short Sale Training from some of the most prominent Short Sale Educators in the industry and are equipped to handle the Short Sale Process from beginning to end.
In regards to Home Retention Services, we have partnered with a major Home Retention Company to assist lenders with helping homeowners keep their properties, through loan modifications and mortgage reinstatements. Approximately 50% of homeowners that are in loan modification have trouble completing the paperwork or getting a response from the bank. We work as a liasion between the borrower and the lender to get the parties talking to each other and coming to a resolution that is a win-win for everyone involved.

Some of the foreclosure services that we provide include: rekeying, cash for keys, trashout, selecting vendors for foreclosure repairs, listing the property and executing the lender's instructions.
