There are 2 older subdivisions in Kealia, Kealia Town Tract, mauka (mountain) side of Kuhio Highway & Kealia Ocean View track, makai (ocean) side of Kuhio Highway. And there are 2 newer subdivisions in Kealia, Kealia Makai, on the makai side of the highway & Kealanani, a newer subdivision of agricultural lands located on the mauka side of the highway.

The newest construction going on in Kealia is the fire station coming being built along side of the highway. This is a strategic placement right outside of Kapaa and close to the beach.
You don't have to surf to love Kealia beach. The now 3 mile plus bike/walk path runs along side Kealia beach and is fun and healthy for everyone. Walkers often stop to view the monks seals resting along the way. Although on 4/3/2010 bikers are stopping to check out the surf contest.
There's not a lot of inventory for sale in Kealia but it is a rewarding place to live, surf and play.
