Chesterfield Estates - one of Chesterfield, MO's  hidden jewels.  If you are considering a home in the Chesterfield Missouri area in the $450,000-$550,000 price range, this is a subdivision you really should explore.  In general, only a few homes sell each year because once a resident moves in to Chesterfield Estates, they don't willingly want to leave!

 

 

Located along the Wild Horse Creek Road corridor, this approximately 20 year old subdivision consists of 76 homes located on 6 streets.  There are several culdesacs within the subdivision and only one main entrance so the streets are quiet.  Children are found playing in the streets and riding their bikes frequently.  The subdivision is close knit and has regular activities open to all residents.  Just recently an Easter Egg Hunt was held.  In the fall, a chili cookoff is held and many families gather together to enjoy sampling great chili and meeting new neighbors.  Kids can play on inflatables and the adults gather around a firepit and chat with neighbors. Be sure to drive through Chesterfield Estates during the Halloween and over the holidays as many homes are decorated to the hilt.  One particular family keeps adding more lights every year!
