NEXT BUSINESS RESOURCE MEETING - TOP PRODUCER PANEL (MAY, 2010)

Next month's Business Resource Meeting will feature a Top Producer Panel of local real estate agents. Too often, people tend to believe that great salespersons are born as gifted speakers. In reality, great real estate agents are made. It is a long-term, never ending process. It requires new agents to develop both sales skills and passion for selling. While being extroverted or a good speaker is a plus, it isn't a requirement. While top producers may be great speakers, more often they are far better listeners and are empathetic and in tune with the needs of theirs customers. Taping into and addressing the concerns of purchasers generates sales and long-term customers. It all starts with developing good active listening skills.

THIS MONTH'S WCR LIVE EPISODE - CAROLYN MANTIA ON COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES (APRIL, 2010)

In this month's WCR LIVE episode, hosts Michelle Silies and Klaus Bank discussed communication strategies with WCR President-Elect Carolyn Mantia. If you missed this episode, you can listen to the archived show at www.BlogTalkRadio.com/WCRLive. Successful real estate agent seek to match clients with homes that match the housing benefits they are seeking. To effectively sell, top producers focus on understanding, empathy and careful listening. By focusing on understanding customers and their needs, top producers close more sales, create lifelong customers and build a strong stream of future referrals.
