Here's how to get started:
1. Upload your photo and complete your bio. Come on, we gotta see that smiling face! And we want to know what city, state, & zip code you're working in. You can change your info by clicking "Settings" on the right, and you can see your info listed under "My Page".
2. Add friends. Click "Members" tab at the top, then view members by clicking their name. On the left side, click "Add as Friend". (if they are already your friend, you will see "Delete as friend instead). You can see all your friends by clicking "Members" at the top, then clicking "My Friends" directly under the Members tab.
3. Join groups. Click "Groups" tab at the top. Click on the groups you want to join, then on the top right, click "+Join <group name>". For certain groups, such as California Realtors, you'll need to click "request access" at the top since this group requires approval to join. You can join multiple groups.
4. Discuss topics. Click "Discussions" tab at the top. Comment on a topic that another member has posted (by clicking on the title), or start your own discussion by clicking "+Add a Discussion" at the top right. Discussions is a forum to collaborate and discuss various issues, with an interactive and lively input on various topics of interest.
5. Read blogs. Click "Blogs" tab at the top. Read and comment on anyone's blog. Write a blog... or 2 or 3!!
6. Try Tools. Click "Tools" tab at the top. Try out the Huddle, Zoho, Google Docs, and Cartfly links.
7. Enjoy! Sign up for events, post your houses for sale, and have fun. This site is meant to benefit YOU!!
Remember to invite your friends. We are a NING site, so if they already have a ning membership, it's easy to join (and FREE!). Just click the "Invite" tab at the top left.
