The information below is a Supply and Demand Report for the price range of $600,000 - $750,000.    This covers the market areas of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee only and no outlying areas. 

This is a report I compiled today for a listing client to show him we are not missing any buyer activity.    In this market, this is considered an upper end price range, with our median price at about $230,000.

According to this statistical data, we have an unknown number of months supply with no current pending sales in this price range.

Our most active selling range is under $300,000.

In East Wenatchee we have:

0 sold in the last 30 days
0 under contract
0 expried listings

This date reveals an unknown months supply of inventory because there are no pending sales.  One sale has closed in the last few days.  That was an offer that went pending in mid May.

We are doing a little better in that price range in Leavenworth. 2 homes are pending, and 2 are contingent on the sale of buyers home. However, there are an additional 15 homes on the market that are not under contract.

No, it's a trend we have been seeing for the last year or so. I usually tell people they need to be on the water to have their house be in that price range or have 4000 square feet and a killer view.

I have one of those listings with over 4000 sf and a killer view (and a BIG selling agent bonus).  Still not a lot of activity there either.
