Ever notice how in public, people who would be afraid to say "Merry Christmas" go ahead and say "Happy Easter"? No arguing about things like Christmas Trees vs "holiday" trees-- in San Diego both Target and Frys were closed yesterday in observance of Easter Sunday. How refreshing! Hope this was true throughout the USA.
Sometimes we need to help clerks in stores-- the world has become far to PC and as a result to scared and too vanilla-- when someone in a store says "Happy Holidays" to me, I respond with a hearty "Merry Christmas"... and this gives then permission to respond in a similar fashion.
Next task-- get the schools and univeristies to go back to celebrating Easter Break instead of spring break.
