Charlotte Real Estate downtown condo's

Can you believe it, just yesterday a client from NY said I'll be down next week and want a downtown condo. Now I'm like the rest of you, I read the paper every day (well almost) and pay attention to what is going on in the Charlotte Real Estate market. Downtown condo's are everywhere, and they have spread out of the Charlotte center city to NoDa, SouthEnd, and SouthPark. I even just sold a very nice condo in Ayrsley Village. Have you been down there? It's going to be just like Birkdale, very cool and very inexpensive so far. They have even tried some of the 3 story condo's in Mint Hill, but so far didn't work like Birkdale or even Ayrsley has. I think this is the thing of the future, a shopping center, surrounded by condo's and homes. This way everybody feels like they are living in a small town, they shop, eat and maybe even work here. This is the way it is in Charlotte's center city. Soon there will be twice as many people living in center city. WOW!
