Emmett Lee is at the helm, as coach, mentor and example of how you can be very successful without yelling, demeaning, belittling, etc a bunch of kids. Why don't other manager 'get this?'
Emmett is not alone in his quest for a Title, always beside him is the unsung hero, Donna. Donna is at every game, pacing. The team's victories are Donna's victories. Donna carries equipment, bring water and ice, cleans out dugouts, you name it she does it. As is often stated, behind every GREAT man that is an even GREATER woman. This is Donna.
