I thought Clark had a real nice open house sign... I think I'm going to have to implement it... thought I'd share it! Thanks Clark!

Tom I put that up on Saturday night the week before at the home I want to do an open house with the next week. it gets lots of drive by advertising all week. I also have another portable one that I put on a busy street pointing to the listing and that one just has Open house Saturday on it so it is in use all week as well. There are others that I will perhaps blog about sometime that are great marketing tools the only thing is they are also in demand and I have had one stolen that to a tune of almost 300 bucks.
