And if you really want input on price, our agents make it a point for price feedback and everyone writes down there opinion on a sign-in sheet.
It's really helpful. This way you can go back to your client and show them the opinions of many agents to support your decision on list price.
We used to do these and they were great. Unfortunately we got such poor turn out we stopped doing them. They were great for getting price reductions.
