What a difference a year makes! Pending sales for King County single family homes came in at 2,749, which is302 Pending sales better than any month in 2009 (June 2009 - 2447). Closed sales in March came in at 1596vs. 968 last year. Median prices remained virtually the same as last year. Eastside real estate Pending sales came in with 807 which was 85% better than last year (436). Closed sales were more than double (512 vs. 246).
