Mac users and the MLS

Do you find it difficult to work on the MLS using a Mac?  I've tried two programs Citrix and Virtual Machine.  While Citrix works, it doesn't play well with other programs.  I found this out while trying to capture photos from a listing.  First of all, there's no right clicking with Mac.  Secondly, when I did press the CTR key and click, I received a menu with save options, but, no place to save them on Citrix, and it won't allow you to save them to your computer.

So, I used the Virtual Machine Vista program, which allows me to access the MLS and save photos to the VM desktop, which is really important when doing BPO's.

Any Mac users who want to share their experience would be much appreciated.  Really looking forward to a Mac friendly MLS.  How about you?

A friend of mine, baught a new MAC and wanted me to help her install stuff and make it work...  I have never used a MAC in my life, and was so confused as to how to make it work.  I know that they are easy to use, but for those of us that have only used an IPod, it is foreign to us.  Good luck!

We love our MAC's, it's just frustrating when many of the business programs are not compatible, especially the MLS.

Robert:

My partner (husband) uses a mac PowerBook.  He uses Citrix.  There is a work around.  He e-mails photos from the MLS to his own e-mail.  From his e-mail, he can save the photos to his desk top or anywhere else he chooses.

Thanks for your feedback Pat.  Would love to get more feedback from Mac users.  One day hopefully soon, the MLS will be MAC compatible, and my/the world will spin a little more smoothly.

Hey Check out Discover MLS - it's completely compatible with MAC's - AND it has the coolest, easies to use interface around - allows you to run multiple searches simultaneously and switch from module to module without "starting over" - it's ideal for busy REALTORS.
