Chatham sales are up this year over last by nearly 50%!  Yes, in Chatham Borough last year to date we had only 10 sales, this year 16.  In Chatham Township, instead of the 8 sales last year, we closed on 19 homes and condos in 2010. 

Average prices are as follows:  Chatham Twp:  $559,026
Chatham Borough:  $718,219

Currently there are 149 homes and condos for sale in Chatham Borough, 268 homes and condos for sale in Chatham Township.
