The Homes for Sale at Harbourtown, Little Egg Harbor at the Jersey Shore are mostly from the Premier Series and are copies of the model homes along Harbourtown Boulevard that were later sold with all the bells and whistles that drew thousands of prospective buyers to the Little Egg Harbor area. Those models were the ranch style Breille and two colonial designs called the Princeton and Ridgewood. However, the builder later added four home designs from his development known as Drew's Landing with only making a name change to those models. The Avalon II became the Alpine, the Brighton with elevation B became the Bridgeton, the Chelsea II became the Westfield, and the Avalon became the Englewood. Harbourtown is a single entrance community (see map below).
This development was designed with a Homeowners Association of minor controls and prohibitions being placed on the owners. No one wants junk cars and litter in the neighbors yard. The Homeowners Association (a current copy is in our office file) offers a pool with a children's playground and small clubhouse. The association helps to kept the common areas neat and restricting some common unsightly concerns that often affect the resale value in other developments. It becomes a positive governing body that will help maintain the appearance of the Homes for Sale at Harbourtown, Little Egg Harbor at the Jersey Shore. Currently, the pool and clubhouse are closed but I've taken pictures with the winter cover in place.
Today, there are only 6 homes for sale in this development. Here is a short display of the homes as they are listed in the Jersey Shore Multiple Listing Service.
