Hmm, y'all must be onto something here because I have had my third new Home Stager in a month contact me for photographs. I am pleased to introduce Lori Nicholson and her company, "Stylishly Staged Home Staging" out of Lexington, NC (GREAT BBQ there by the way!). Lori met me through an ASHSR meeting chaired by Chrissie Sutherland (my second wife) of Ready, Set, Stage.

Lori retained my services for a vacant stage project she did for a lovely home in Winston-Salem. With her permission, she gave me some of her before images so I could share with you what she acomplished.

So, without further ado, here you go:

I think Lori did a wonderful job with the home, and I know the REALTOR was pleased as well. It is always nice to have another Stager as part of my team, and I look forward to many more projects with Lori in the near future.

Chris - Thanks! I am hoping the photographs I produced will motivate more Buyers to ask for a showing, giving the Agent more opportunities to sell it.

Randy - I have clients in VA, SC, TN and different parts of NC. Wilmington is just a few hours drive from the Triad. I can knock out a few houses in a weekend (for sale or vacation rental). Let me know if you have any interest and I can pull together a proposal for you.

Don - Hmm, here's the Cliffs Notes version:

1) Process in RAW - WB mostly
2) Bring into PS
3) Fix barrel distorsion and verticals as necessary
4) Shadows and Highlights
5) Correct any color cast
6) Saturation
7) Exposure
8) Brightness
9) Resize, sharpen, watermark

Richard - The client and agent were very pleased with the final result, thanks for your compliments.
