HAFA, HAMP, HOMEPATH FINANCING, NEW FHA GUIDELINES, FHA 203K, NEW HUDS, NEW GFA'S, FED STOPS BUYING MORTGAGE BACK SECURITIES, O'BAMA'S NEW PLAN TO HAVE LENDERS REDUCE THE PRINCIPAL FOR HOMEBUYERS THAT ARE UNDERWATER (GEE WHAT'S THAT PLAN CALLED) AND I KNOW I have left something out. Its like "Lions, Tigers and Bears. . .OH MY"!
I don't know about you but frankly I'm on overload! As Realtor I know its my job and my responsibility to know and understand all of this if I am going to give my clients the best representation and make sure they are protected. Yes I have attended all the free classes to educate myself on all of the above and have all the backup paperwork if I can't remember something. I have this designation and that certification that I have spent X amount of money on and now there comes yet another "Expert" course if I really want to get the benefits of HAFA, I should take the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) course to the tune of XXXXX hundred dollars.
I'm sorry does it sound like I need a vacation, I'm really not complaining, I love what I do and I'm really a good Realtor. I just need to share some of my frustration to make sure I'm not the only one on "Overload" with all the new rules, everchanging regulations, government programs and God knows what else they keep coming up with.
