With the continuing low housing prices and low interest rates, it remains a terrific time to buy a house in Riverside  if you can afford it. No one knows how much longer interest rates will remain at such low levels.  And if you can get into contract by the end of  April 2010, you may be eligible for the federal governments home buyer credit.

Vicki - It looks like your prices are still dropping overall, with just a few exceptions. From Dec 2009 to March 2010 we are also noticing a slight drop in aveage list price and average sale price. It makes one wonder what will happen when the tax credit expires. Thanks for posting your market info.
