Hmmmm..... Can't think of anyone at the moment who is having trouble paying their current mortgage. We're going through a wave of foreclosures here, now. It is a bit behind the curve elsewhere. I guess that would be:
Kentucky -- Mid-Central -- 90 plus listed in Master Commissioner sales in the last month or two.
