Maybe knowing just isn't enough, possibly we should understand what they are saying also. Because so much of our business is based on legal precedent it is always subject to interpretation by all involved parties. The days of the handshake are gone. Every step of the process is mired in minutia due to someone, somewhere who may have been financially damaged by our processes. Brokerage Relationships aside, know that essentially whoever sources our commissions are the bosses of us. Typically for most of us this will be the SELLER.
