Nationwide REALTOR® Open House Weekend: April 10-11, 2010

This weekend is a big weekend to promote Open Houses and Real Estate Bargains throughout the country and see homes in St. Augustine, FL. This historic event is strategically timed so Buyers can take advantage of the repeat buyers and first-time buyers tax credits that expire April 30th. With interest rates low and a supply of homes at all price points, you are sure to find your home this weekend. So get out and enjoy the weekend and the many homes on display.

On April 10 & 11, 2010, more than 35,000 blue balloons featuring the REALTOR® logo will be flying at OPEN HOUSES in Florida. But Florida REALTORS® aren't the only ones showcasing properties this weekend. State and local associations across the country have designated April 10 & 11 as Open House Weekend. From coast to coast, the signature blue balloons will showcase thousands of open houses.
