So, out of the excitment of the email and before checking him out, I sent him a 1,200,000 property in Windermere FL and here was his responce:
Please I have accept the list offer on this property O4973940 11936 PROVINCIAL WAY, $1,200,000.00 WINDERMERE I would like my stock broker to forward your lawyer or your firm for a down payment of the property before coming and view the property.

I will be in your city in 4 weeks time, please forward me a purchase contract agreement in docusign is an electronic way of signing document. I want the funds to be available before my arrival, the home will be a cash buy, and I want my stock broker to send your lawyer or your firm the funds, I don need a title company because when it come to disbusing funds they always refuse. It as to be your lawyer or your firm then you can pay the title directly.

After getting this responce I new something did not seem right and had one of the girls in my office do some research for me,as I am not to internet savey but I did not get all my gray hairs for nothing, I sent him this email:
Hello Mr Chang: This property is not my listing,it is a listing that I found in the MLS and here in Florida all closing are handled by a title Company or in bank owned properties a law firm legally Lic. as a title company and is chosen by the seller not the buyer. I would have to write the offer & email it to you for signature and once received back from you I would submit it to the listing office on your behalf for approval. I could preview the property for you or show it to someone that you know here and your stock broker would have to send me the escrow deposit/down payment in the title companies name or I can find out there wiring instructions & he can send it directly to them.
