I recently changed my affiliation to Exit Realty Achieve, located at 956 West Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown. I've had a great career with RE/MAX. They're wonderful people and I can't say enough good things about them. After taking some time off for personal reasons, joining Exit Realty Achieve was like a breath of fresh air. It was just time for a change and I felt good about what I saw at Exit Realty Achieve.
By their nature, real estate companies tend to have a particular type of personality which allows them to focus on attracting a particular type of agent. Many of the larger companies place a high emphasis on recruiting and training new agents, while other firms often are comprised of more experienced agents.
